Present your CIMB Credit Card/Debit Card.

Sign the credit card slip or slip as provided by Merchant.

  1. Please be informed that Tri-E is a fulfilment vendor on behalf of CIMB for CIMB Member Rewards Programme and handles the rewards fulfilment process.

  2. For security purposes, please use the same delivery address, email address and contact number as registered in CIMB's records when making redemption request.

  2. The conversion rate is 500 bonus points = Ringgit Malaysia (RM) 1.00 and the Bank may change the conversion rate any time by giving the principal Credit Cardholders twenty-one (21) calendar days’ prior notice. The conversion rate is applicable to Pay With Points participating merchants.
